minihustles.com ("the site", "we") is operated by Schwab Consulting, Inc.. References to "Chris" describe the individual who runs the experiments on the site; your agreement is with Schwab Consulting, Inc.. Contact: hello@minihustles.com for general questions, or legal@minihustles.com for anything to do with these terms. By using the site, subscribing to the newsletter, buying a playbook, or joining The Lab, you agree to these terms.
Everything on this site (the numbers, playbooks, notes, and community discussions) documents my own experiments and is provided for information and education only. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Business involves risk; most experiments fail (that's the point of the graveyard). Results shown are my real results and are not a promise or indication of what you will earn. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Playbooks ($97 one-time, or all five for $249): these are digital downloads delivered immediately, so all sales are final and non-refundable, the same way a Kindle ebook is. If your access link doesn't work or you were charged in error, email hello@minihustles.com and we'll put it right.
The Lab ($197/month): the Lab runs inside the Mini Hustles Skool community, and membership is billed monthly through Skool. You can cancel anytime and keep access to the end of the paid month; the current month is non-refundable.
Card payments are processed by Stripe or Skool; we never see or store your card details. Prices may change, but never retroactively for an active subscription.
If you participate in the community (The Lab, comments, or the bet), be honest and be decent. Don't post unlawful content, spam, or other people's private information. We may remove content or suspend access for abuse. In The Lab, sharing your own numbers is part of the culture. Share others' only with their permission.
The site's content (playbooks, guides, the Experiment Kit, copy, and design) is owned by Schwab Consulting, Inc.. Paid playbooks are licensed for your personal use: build a business with them (please do), but don't resell, republish, or redistribute them.
The site links to and relies on third-party services (Stripe for playbook payments, beehiiv for the newsletter, Resend for transactional email, Skool for The Lab community and its billing, and Vercel for hosting). Their terms govern your use of their platforms; we're not responsible for their availability or actions. The Skool Coaching Group is a separate Local Business MBA product, sold and delivered under Local Business MBA's own terms.
The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business losses arising from decisions you make based on the site's content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and disputes belong to the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, though a plain email to hello@minihustles.com is always the better first step.
