minihustles.com ("the site", "we") is operated by Schwab Consulting. References to "Chris" describe the individual who runs the experiments on the site; your agreement is with Schwab Consulting. Contact: hello@minihustles.com. By using the site, subscribing to the newsletter, buying a playbook, or joining The Lab, you agree to these terms.
Everything on this site — the numbers, playbooks, notes, and community discussions — documents my own experiments and is provided for information and education only. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Business involves risk; most experiments fail (that's the point of the graveyard). Results shown are my real results and are not a promise or indication of what you will earn. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Playbooks ($49 one-time): refundable within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email hello@minihustles.com or reply to your receipt.
The Lab ($197/month): a recurring subscription. Your first week is fully refundable. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period; no further charges after cancellation.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices may change, but never retroactively for an active subscription.
If you participate in the community (The Lab, comments, or the bet), be honest and be decent. Don't post unlawful content, spam, or other people's private information. We may remove content or suspend access for abuse. In The Lab, sharing your own numbers is part of the culture — share others' only with their permission.
The site's content — playbooks, guides, the Experiment Kit, copy, and design — is owned by Schwab Consulting. Paid playbooks are licensed for your personal use: build a business with them (please do), but don't resell, republish, or redistribute them.
The site links to and relies on third-party services (Stripe for payments, beehiiv for email, Skool for the community, Vercel for hosting). Their terms govern your use of their platforms; we're not responsible for their availability or actions.
The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business losses arising from decisions you make based on the site's content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes belong to its courts — though a plain email to hello@minihustles.com is always the better first step.
