The Skool Coaching Group playbook, exactly as run.

A private community where local business owners get group coaching calls, playbooks, and peer accountability. High-touch enough to charge real money, group-based enough to stay inside the hour budget.

Not theory: the numbers on the experiment page are this playbook's receipts, updated every Sunday.

NOT A BLURRED MOCK
From chapter 01: the offer & pricing math

My first pricing decision was wrong, and it is the most common one. Here is the real sequence from the ledger.

Day 9, first dollar: founding seats at $600/mo for the first three months, half the full rate. That was the right call. Cheap enough to say yes, expensive enough to show up. Free members do not do the work, and members who do not do the work do not renew.

Day 14, profitable: six members cleared the roughly $99/mo in tooling. Everything after that was margin, and the day-30 review was a formality.

The rule: never price a community so low that members do not value it, and never launch at full price before the room has proof. Start founders low for commitment, then raise the price once a new member can point to the evidence.

A real template from chapter 02: the founding-member offer
“I’m opening ten founding seats in a group where [target] get [promise], together. It’s $600 a month for your first three months, founder pricing, then the full rate. In return I want your real problems on the calls, because they’ll shape what we build. Want one of the seats?”
That is one section, unedited. The full playbook has all five, with the numbers and the mistakes attached.
